Visitation Guidelines for Inpatients 

Please be advised of the following information regarding visiting from September 12 (Thursday).

Please note that the restrictions on visits may be subject to change depending on the prevalence of infection.

 

When visiting a hospitalized patient, please observe the following rules:

 

  • No fever of 37.5℃ or higher, cough, sore throat or other symptoms within 24 hours.

 

  • No suspicion of contact with patients with COVID-19 infection.

 

  • More than 10 days after the COVID-19 infection and symptoms have subsided.

 

Please note that visits are limited to a small number of family members only, and those of elementary school age and younger are not permitted to visit.

 

  • *For private rooms, please visit once a day, within 60 minutes.
  • *For share-room (4-beds room), please visit once a day, within 20 minutes and inside    the curtains.

Visitation exceeding the specified time increases the risk of infection, so we kindly ask for your strict compliance.

Weekdays

15:00~20:00

Weekend and            holidays

13:00~20:00

 

  • Please wear a mask at all times and refrain from eating and drinking during visits.

 

  • Day rooms are available, but please refrain from eating and drinking.

 

  • Please refrain from visiting patients who are using the infectious disease ward.

 

  • The operation of visits may differ depending on the characteristics of the ward, so please check in advance if patient is admitted to a ward other than the general ward.

 

  • When visiting the hospital, please ensure the following:

 ・Be sure to disinfect your hands when you enter the building.

 ・Always wear a mask while in the hospital.

Weekdays                    15:00~20:00

Weekend and holidays        13:00~20:00

 

 

  • Visitor reception

“Security Office” at the park entrance on the 1F or “Security and Surveillance” on the B1.

 

 

  • Visiting Procedures

Fill in the required information on the visiting form and submit it.

 

② Please present the “Private room family card”.

*This card is given to inpatients when they apply for a private room.

 

When you arrive at the ward, please use the intercom to call the staff.

 

Receiving patient’s packages

In order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19,we ask that family members and others bring their belongings to the hospital wards after checking in at the "Security Office" at the park entrance on the 1st floor or at the " Security and Surveillance " on the basement floor (B1). When you arrive at the entrance of the ward, please use the intercom to call a staff.

 

Please understand and cooperation with the following points when you bringing packages over.

  •  The hospital will ask the visitor to confirm the following:

 

① No fever of 37.5℃ or higher, cough, sore throat or other symptoms within 24 hours.

 

② No suspicion of contact with patients with COVID-19 infection.

 

③ More than 10 days after the COVID-19 infection and symptoms have subsided.

 

  • Please write the patient’s name and ward number on the package.
  • Please refrain from bringing in perishable items.
  • Please pack the package as compact as possible.
  • If possible, please bring the package on weekdays, between 13:00~16:00.

    Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and the end of the year to the start of the following year (from December 29 to January 3)
