COVID-19 infectious disease is spreading rapidly in Yokohama city, from July 19 (Fri.), for the time being,No visitors will be allowed except for those who come to the hospital at our request.

【About visits in private rooms】

Visits to patients using private rooms will also be prohibited for the time being.

※The operation of the "Private Room Use Family Card" is temporarily suspended.

【When visiting upon the hospital’s request】

Visits will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

1. No symptoms such as fever of 37.5 ° C or higher ,cough, sore throat within 24 hours.
2. No suspicion of contact with patients with COVID-19 infection.
3. More than 10 days after the COVID-19 infection and symptoms have subsided.

As a rule, only one family member (other than a minor) is allowed to enter the day room or interview room, and they are not allowed to enter the hospital room.

• Please be sure to do the following when you come to the hospital.

・ Hand sanitizer must be used when entering the building.

・ Always wear a mask in the hospital.

【Receiving patient’s packages】

In order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19，we ask that family members and others bring their belongings to the hospital wards after checking in at the "Security Office" at the park entrance on the 1^st floor or at the " Security and Surveillance " on the basement floor (B1). When you arrive at the entrance of the ward, please use the intercom to call a staff.

Please understand and cooperation with the following points when you bringing packages over.

• The hospital will ask the visitor to confirm the following：
  (1)No fever of 37.5℃ or higher, cough, sore throat or other symptoms within 24 hours.

(2) No suspicion of contact with patients with COVID-19 infection.

(3)More than 10 days after the COVID-19 infection and symptoms have subsided.

• Please write the patient’s name and ward number on the package.
• Please refrain from bringing in perishable items.
• Please pack the package as compact as possible.
• If possible, please bring the package on weekdays, between 13:00-16:00.
