First in a public hospital! Easily move around in the same hospital without the need for steering, implemented on April 1st: Introduced autonomous mobility "WHILL" at the city hospital.
Yokohama City Hospital will introduce the autonomous mobility "WHILL" mainly for outpatients such as the elderly. This mobility is similar to that introduced at Haneda Airport and some university hospitals, and allows users to move to a destination in the hospital selected by the touch panel without having to operate by themselves.
This is the first initiative in Japan to introduce the system to a public hospital.
