  • Q. Where should I go for my first visit?

    Please go to the "General reception" on the 1F and pick a number ticket for new patients.
    You will be called by number from the "New Patient" reception counter No.8

  • Q. How do I make an appointment for my first visit?

    You can make an appointment online at the hospital's website (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

  • Q. If I come to the hospital by car, where should I enter?

    Please enter from the visitor parking lot entrance on the B2 floor.
    The rotary in front of the main entrance is for ambulances, buses, and taxi only.
    ※The parking lot has a capacity of about 200 cars.

  • Q. Where is the entrance on holidays and at night?

    If you are using a car, please enter from the visitor parking lot entrance on the B2 floor
    If you are using public transportation or a cab, please enter from the entrance on the Mitsuzawa Park side (park entrance).

  • Q. Can I wait somewhere else beside the outpatient waiting area for my consultation turn ?

    【If you are waiting in the hospital】
    The cafe/restaurant in the hospital is equipped with a monitor that allows you to check the status of your number, so you can relax while waiting for your turn to be examined.

    【If you are waiting outside the hospital】
    The consultation information notification app will send a notification to the patient's smartphone when the consultation order is approaching. For more information, please visit

  • Q. Can I continue to use my old hospital patient card?

    The old hospital patient card still can be used as is, but the address and phone number are outdated, so it will be replaced free of charge at the general reception.

  • Q. I would like to give birth in this hospital?

    Referral appointments from other clinics and medicl institutions are recommended.
    When you visit your local clinic, please let them know that you wish to have your baby at our hospital and ask for a letter of introduction before visiting us.
    ※A letter of introduction is not a must to see the doctor, but patients with a letter of introduction will be given priority, so you may have to wait sometime.

  • Q. Is it possible to take a physical examination?

    Our preventive medicine center offers comprehensive medical examination to examine patients for diseases that are the leading causes of death such as cancer, heart or brain related.

About hospitalization,visits

  • Q. How can I visit a hospitalized patients

    In order to minimize the risk of the spread of COVID 19, we have implemented visitor restrictions now. If you have any luggage or other belongings to hand over to the in-patients, please ask at the security office on the 1F or at the security and surveillance center on the B1 floor.
    For those who are admitted to a paid private room, only family members who have been given a visiting card may visit until 5:00 p.m. (except for minors).

  • Q. I'm scheduled to be admitted hospital today, where should I go?

  • Q. What should I bring with me when I admitted to the hospital?

About Pay

  • Q. I was told to pay at the payment machine, what should I do?

    ・1There are 4 payment machines near the main entrance on the 1F and one near the G outpatient on the B1 floor.
    ・You will be given a bill ticket number with barcode at the outpatient reception desk after your consultation and you can make a payment once your ticket number is displayed on TV screen near to payment machine. (it is a different number from consultation guide sheet).
    ・Scan the barcode printed on the bill ticket or the patient card, the bill amount will be displayed on the payment machine.

  • Q. Does the payment machine accept credit cards?

    Yes, It is acceptable (VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, NICOS, DINERS).
    ※Debit cards are not accepted.

  • Q. Where can I pay for my hospitalization fee?

    Payment can be made at the payment machine. ( Only the machine on the B1F can be used when leaving hospital on holiday)
    Amount will be displayed once you have inserted your patient card into the payment machine.

  • Q. I want to use the "Queue-free payment service " , what should I do

    Please register on the web in advance and get a prepayment slip (pink paper) from the queue-free payment services machines located on the 1F or B1 floor.
    ] After your consultation, you can go home after submitting the prepayment slip to the nearest reception desk.

  • Q. Do you have a fax machine for sending prescriptions?

    Please use the fax machine (chargeable) located at Lawson in the convenience facility.

  • Q. Where do I pick up my medication for in-house prescriptions?

    If you have an in-house prescription, please bring the "drug exchange number" printed on the bottom of your medical expense receipt to the in-house pharmacy counter (No. 04) near the elevator hall on the B1 floor (If you are using the Queue-free payment services, please present your patient card at the pharmacy counter after your consultation, as receipts will not be issued on the same day)

  • Q. How much is the parking fee?

    ・Outpatients
    Free up to 30 mins.After that 310 yen for up to 12 hours

    ・Visitors /Others
    Free up to 30 mins After that 310 yen for up to 2 hours 200yen every 20 mins thereafter
    ※Free of charge for holders of the Physical Disability Certificate, the Love Certificate (Ryoiku Techo), and the Mental Disability Health and Welfare Certificate.

  • Q. Where can I get discounts (exemptions) for outpatients?

    Please present your parking ticket at the outpatient reception desk, general reception desk, or the security and surveillance center on the B1 floor after your consultation.

  • Q. How can I drop off and pick up by car?

    There are two slot spaces on the B2 floor, which can be used for pick up and drop off.
    (Please do not drop off or pick up at the 1F roundabout.)

  • Q. What are the operation hours of the convenience facilities?

    Convenience store open all year round
    Cafe 7:00-20:00 on weekdays, 8:00-19:00 on weekends and holidays
    Restaurant: 9:00-19:00 on weekdays, 10:00-17:00 on weekends and holidays
